The Early Bird Special Has Been Extended
Good news to all who are planning on entering the 43rd annual PICA Awards – the early bird special has been extended.
Now, by entering before 3p.m. on the 20th of August 2012 you save 25% for every entry into the Overall Publishing Excellence category, and 37.5% for each entry into the Editorial Excellence category.
Costs for the different categories are as follows:
Overall Publishing Excellence and Publishing Excellence Awards (per category entered):
• Delivered by 20 August 2012 – R900 excl VAT
• Delivered within the period of 21 August to 27 August – R1 100 excl VAT
• Delivered within the period of 28 August to 3 September – R1 200 excl VAT
Editorial Excellence Awards (per category entered):
• Delivered by 20 August – R750 excl VAT
• Delivered within the period of 21 August to 27 August – R950 excl VAT
• Delivered within the period of 28 August to 3 September – R 1200 excl VAT
When entering the 2012 PICA Awards remember that entries must have been published within the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012. To ensure the relevance and currency of their entries, we urge entrants to provide fresh entry copy and not to “cut and paste” from previous years’ entries. Also, only magazines edited, published and distributed in South Africa may enter the competition.
