This one-day workshop will provide a detailed overview of the Consumer Protection Act and will then focus specifically on the provisions relating to marketing and the various rights and obligations created by the Act from both the consumer and the supplier’s perspective.
By attending this workshop delegates will understand the impact on their business and will be able to identify where their business risks lie and what they can do to mitigate any such risks. It will include practical examples, interactive discussions and will also provide valuable resources on where to find access to additional information and assistance with CPA queries.
